For 'her'

Bleeding words of crimson,
Forged from a pen with red ink,
How can a heart feel so much sorrow,
And still brave the dark tomorrow?
Don't you say another word,
My heart bleeds with you,
The more I read; the more I feel worthless,
How can I love a girl I barely even knew?
With my arms wrapped around her,
Standing before the tall flames,
She let me in her world; If only for a little while,
This is the poem you will never read,
Pity maybe the last thing you need;
I'll stay strong and hold my ground,
If only you would let me in.
